After just barely not qualifying for regionals last year the team made it a definite goal of the 2009 season to make it at the very least back to the Midwest Regional tournament. With a 7th place overall finish this past weekend at the Great Plains Conference Championships the team secured a bid to the Midwest Regional tournament. For full results head over to the scorebook. Highlights of the tournament included Sophomore Laurie Simonds setting a person best in trick with a 330pt pass. Freshman Peter Wahman stomping out a 66ft jump for a personal best. And Sophomore Dusty Bodine getting 2 buoys at 36mph for a personal best.
